How can OJ Simpson pay back the Browns & Goldmans the multimillion civil settlement once he's in prison?

He can't. He made no effort to pay the judgment when he was out. Instead he ran to Florida where they sheltered him. Simpson going to prison will probably be more of a compensation than money for the Brown/Goldman families.
