How do I convince my parents to get another kitten?

Okay heres the shmeal. I have this cat Felix and he is a very odd cat. I love him and he only likes me and my dad. He literally attacks my sister and bites so bad he draws blood. I know if my mom was okay with it he would let me get another one. The other day he bit my sister in the face and my mom said he has one last chance to stay or he's going to my cousins. I can't let this happen because he is my baby and I love him. I have been doing some research and I think getting another cat could distract him from biting. I want a kitten for him to play with. And plus what if it does help his biting my sister and we don't know it. Please answer! Ps. I take care of him and would be happy to care for a kitten.
