What do you think about the Venezuela's President (Chavez)?

I can't express enough how much I dislike this guy. Everything about him, in my opinion, is wrong. He is sinking a potential country into an endless misery. Do you think Venezuela will become a second Cuba? Why do you agree or disagree? How much impact it would have in the world's economic (oil), international relationships, and with Venezuela's society this century 21 socialism?
