My brother does drugs and I'm not sure what to do about it?

I know he's kind of a pothead. but I'm 90% positive he's done ecstasy too. I really don't think he's a bad kid, but in the past year he's made some wrong decisions. I don't know how to handle it, I think I should talk to him but I'm not sure how me talking to him would make a huge impact.
