Should Harold Baines be in the HOF?

Personally I think Baines belongs in the hall. I think he will end up being one of those players that will fall through the cracks when it comes to serious consideration. Dawson is no hall of famers but this is just another example of the AA falling short when it comes to doing the right thing.
