DAD needs advise on seemingly common sense senerio; Child Support.?

If she tries to sue you for the back child support, after living under your care all that time, I just don't see how she can do it. If she does this, get your self a lawyer, or be well prepared your self when you go into court, to defend your self. You need to set the record straight that you have been supporting the ex, and child for the past 4 years. I just don't see where she has a chance on getting any money. I think she's got a lot of nerve trying to get any money after what you have done for her and your child.
