I don't have fever; Do i Have Swine Flu?

I am having running nose, a sore throat, cough, tiredness since last 24 hours from now. I am on medication. I have taken Cetrizine last night and I feel better with my runny nose now. But, I never had fever or a slight increase of temperature. Do I have swine flu? Is it possible to have swine flu without having fever?
