I got an ( I ) for a grade at college but completed all of my work but I have a question?

Last semester I ended up with swine flu and had it for about 2 weeks. My professor told me to take my time and to catch up on my work. I did all of my course work and also the extra credit. I made an A on all of the ignments but my teacher has not changed the grade yet. Today I got a letter in the mail saying that I am on academic probation because my GPA is a 1.9. This is because my professor has not Changed the ( I) yet. She told me a few weeks ago she would change it but so far she hasn't. I have emailed her twice and no response. Will I remain on academic probation once they figure in the grade which will bring me up to almost a 3.0. Who should I contact next for this?
