Is it a violation of Yahoo's Terms of Service to boot bots?

I'm tired of all of the bots in Yahoo! Chat. Every time I enter a room, I get at least three IMs from them, usually more. Seeing as I have access to a lot of bandwidth, I am thinking of systematically removing the bots from Yahoo! Chat. Is this against the rules? Is Yahoo! supporting all of the that is being advertised to minors, again? It's a free service, so I can understand why they aren't monitoring it, but there are a lot of people fed up with the quality of service that would like to improve it in any way they can, including by using booters to remove the undesirable element that is a violation of the ToS, anyway.
