Medical College of Georgia.... Need Advice on African American Admissions?

Right now I have a 4.0. I'm hoping to transfer to the University of Georgia to finish out my undergrad studies next August. I've decided to double major in Biology and African American Studies. I want to attend the Medical College of Georgia, but I have some concerns. The African American population seems to be REALLY low at this school, so I'm uming that there is no affirmative action. What can I do to increase my chances of getting in? Any advice?
