Wisdom tooth bleeding heavily after 10 hours?

The bleeding is still quite bad at the moment, saturating gauze with blood in less than a minute. Presumably if I take the gauze out it's going to get even worse. Is there any danger while doing to sleep if I'm bleeding this bad?
