Birthday Party !!! woo hoo !!!?

I'm turning 14 in a little less than 2 weeks . I live in Vegas , my mom is over protective,,, keep that in mind please . I have no clue where to have my party . The Adventure Dome maybe , but thats really expensive for 10-15 people . Help !!!
