How come nobody realizes that the Holy Bible has been edited and rewritten over a thousand times?

They say the Bible is 100% accurate but it always contradicts itself and it has inconsistencies. The story about how Mary was a virgin is weird because the Egyptian god Horus or Ra had a virgin birth to and it was way before Mary came along. Why would God say where are you Adam if he knew everything(He does but it suggest that it is just a symbolic story). Another example why did Mary Magdalene tell Jesus they were out of wine when it was the bridegrooms job to handle the wine? this tells us it was there marriage. I believe at one time the Bible was the true word of God but then the church got it's hands on it and changed it.
