What does the saying "Si, se puede" mean to Cesar Chavez?

Si, se puede...was a rally cry for the migrant farm workers in the South West U.S. During this time of struggle, many land owners and employers of migrant workers ignored the concerns ( mostly about wages, schooling for their children, and pesticides) of migrant workers. Cesar Chavez united migrant workers, and gave them a "voice".
