Whats better, liquid foundation or pressed powder?

heey! ive been wearing liquid foundation for the past years and i feel like a change, so im thinking press powder? wuud u recommend it? also, whats a good brand and what kind of the bran wud u recommend (: thank u! btw im 16 :p and i also barely wear eyemakeup i just go with face makeuo along with blush. i love the natural look!
