HELP PLZ do i suck at basketball?

well i been playing ball since i was 10...i only looked up to shooters (ray ray,reggie miller,etc etc) i love the art of shooting and fell in love with it ever since i can remember....in the court i can shoot the light outs...i always shoot over 50% on 3 point shots...i shoot ALOT...i take about 10-15 attempts a game and make 6-9 of them...but THATS ALL I CAN DO....im horrible at driving in the hole...i cant make a layup to save my life...im short (5'8) i cant dunk...my friends know thats all i do so i have to ask for screens so i can break free and get some space to shoot (a tiny space is all i need) sometimes they fall asleep and leave me wide open and rarely i miss those....i live by the 3 and i die by the 3....but now all my friends are saying that i suck because i cant do nothing else and i will never get anywhere with my style...I hate when they say i suck...because if i do then why do they never leave me open and respect my shot?...do i have to change my game and start to practice layups and driving to the basket?...do you have to have all the skills to be consider good? im pretty good at defense by the way but i just completely suck so bad at dribbling to the basket and making layups (even wide open layups) ARE THEY RIGHT?

How can I save my Venus Flytrap? ?

I bought a Venus Flytrap after looking up how to take care of it. I got it from my local garden center. I was appalled to hear that they only water them once a week and gave them 4 hours of sun a week. My plant looks sickly and droops over. The traps closed while I was removing it from its cheap little plastic box. It has 7 traps and they are all pretty small. The pot is plastic and is a draining pot. One of the traps has closed on a small gnat and its like suctioned on the bug. Is that normal? On that traps leaves it is browning. I didn't want to shock it, so I've kept it in the mulch type stuff it came in for fear of it dying. Its obvious my plant is very weakened. I've been giving it water. At first I got spring water but I recently read that they could be harmed by it. Is Dasani bottled water okay? At least until I get some distilled water for it. I'm afraid of putting it the sun for too long because of its mistreatment with no sun. I've kept it watered, but not too much. And about an hour of sunlight. The pot it came in is small sized as in, the length of your palm. Is that too small? I'm very interested in saving my plant. I've had it for a day and I'm quite worried about its health. Its been fed one fly. The second fly it tried to eat got away because it took over a minute to close. Basically, I want to know how to build up the health of my VF. It has 3 more sprouts coming in and I want them to be healthy. I would like to know about watering it since its weakened, amount of sunlight, and repotting with some sphagnum moss and perilite. My 97 honda prelude is stalling i have tried all sorts of things!?

Today I put in the sea foam, engine restore, changed the spark plugs and cleaned the carburetor. The engine is still stalling. My check engine light is on but the guy at auto zone said that he could not find the plug for the computer. I'm kinda thinking its the O2 sensor now. The car will start up fine and then randomly shut off while i'm driving. I will then try to start the car again and it usually takes 2-4 start up attempts to get the car started again. Question for college and I need help NOW!?

Ok so this is the thing planning on attending in the fall and going to take a couple of courses....everything is all set except registration for cles. I did not qualify for free financial aide b/c my parents and I made too much money and they just have the CAL loan thought the Texas Education System. But the loan is based on credit and b/c I have no credit history I need a co signer. I cannot find one that can help me. Scholarships are a bust and I right now I only have a couple of hundred in my bank enough to get registered for cles. But I would still need money for books and a new lap top. Parents cannot help and I am on my own. What other options do I have. All I can think of is getting a loan through bank or applying for a credit card but interests will kill me in the end. My puppy is not food motivated at all!?

I am trying to train my puppy to sit/come/stay as well as potty training. I try to give her a treat when she pees/poops outside and nothing when she has accidents inside. The problem is she doesn't really care about food. She is totally complacent with dinner (we have tried swtiching to numerous food brands) and she just doesn't really care about treats. I never thought i'd be in this situation until i was 23. You may have seen me around posting questions on a possible pregnancy. And now, here i am, about to become a teenage daddy at 16. As it may seem like a normal messed up teenager thing, my girlfriend is 15 and a freshman, while i am a junior. We are also of South-eastern asian descent and first generation children of immigrants, so tight cultural ties will be involved. I have decided to be a man about things and take care of our baby. However, it is not that i fear having the child, but i fear for the well being of our lives, and the entire process of the pregnancy. So far, her parents do not know (or have a faint clue, no pun intended), that we are dating. I am ready to take the consequences however dire. I worry about how my friends and family will look at me now though. After much consideration on not killing innocent babies, we are not going to abort. However, only we know about the pregnancy, and no one else does. At one month, she is already starting to show a round belly. At first, instead of , we tried other ways (no was made except with the fingers, no pre-jack was found either, and she is extremely faithful) to cope with our feelings. We have also agreed to this and didn't expect to have children until we were older. Although it seems rather highly, highly unlikely that she got pregnant, at this point the hows and should'ves do not matter. What i would like to request here is comfort. I feel pressure slowly taking over because of the fact that the others don't know. Also, how should i deal with the approaching inevitable? I do have a job, so it may make up for any short-comings, and i have already established a savings account in my name. I don't spend much either. Also, i will be getting a permit soon in driver's ed cl at school so i will be fine in terms of transportation, yet a free car is subject to contemplation. I was wondering what the best ways to get college looking at you like for athletics. I do basketball and am pretty good, and I also do track&field placing 1st or 2nd in most of my events. (discus, shotput, 100, and 4x100) I also do chess, random but just wondering if any schools look for chess players or if there are chess schools. A final thing of was wondering how to get schools to notice is academics, I have always had good grades, A's and b+ was the lowest in elementary and same for junior high with a gpa of always at least 3.75 on a 4.0 scale-high honor roll. My eyelid randomly twitching?

Why is it twitching? It's the space right below my left eyebrow, but right above my left eyelid. It just started this morning when I woke up. It's very very very annoying, and it's steadily getting worse. It goes from a twitch about once a minute to very fast, multiple twitches in the span of 10 seconds. I work at a school with little kids age 5- 9 yrs old. During recess the teacher on duty was?

If she does this, get your self a lawyer, or be well prepared your self when you go into court, to defend your self. Promiscuous teenager?

After finding out that my 15 year old daughter is promiscuous I am ata quandry about exactly what to do. Because she is my step daughter I have limited authority. I am a Christian and through my relationship and walk with Christ over the years I have learned many things about the bible and God and other faiths/religions. And something has always been on my mind especially since my grandmother is catholic and people and friends I know are catholic..."why haven't Catholics figured out by now that Catholicism and most of its practices totally contradict what the bible says (even their own version!) and that technically it can accurately be labeled the biggest cult in the world." Its so obvious too! If any of you actually read the bible in addition to going to m you would realize that the idea of the pope, praying to Mary and the saints, and your way of baptizing is totally against what the bible says! Read it! It says all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That includes Mary! The only person that was without sin was Jesus! It also says that There is only one mediator between God and earth and that is Christ! Not Mary and not the pope who is just a man and nothing more! There is also a verse that says that you should not call anyone "father" on earth for there is only one father in heaven. And another is that you should not trust man and his teachings and traditions and that you should just trust God. All Catholicism is is traditions made by man. And a final fact is that the bible says that you should not repetitiously pray and mumble on like the heathens do. There are so many more contradictions but I think that's enough to realize something is wrong with Catholicism. So again my question is: Why do Catholics not see this as a problem when the bible clearly states it!?" Also I realize that Catholics put tradition and mans teachings above the bible...but you should realize that the bible is "God breathed" as it says and not "man breathed" as Catholicism is. Help fast: Trying to install Windows XP?

OK I am trying to install Windows XP on my desktop. I am installing from a CD so the CD is scratched and setup is unable to copy the files shell32.dll and shell.hlp from the CD. The setup runs for some time but then stops saying that shell32.dll file is needed and it cannot proceed. How can I fix this problem fast NOW. I have already formatted the HDD with NTFS file system but this error occurs while it copies the files with that blue screen. Thanks for your help.

Peterson's the #1 back and Jacobs should get several touchdowns. Jackson and Tomlinson are both on the back end of their careers but both have a lot to prove this year. There's no one really backing Jackson up but Tomlinson has a spell back in Sproles. Peterson and Jacobs have solid backups also although Peterson does get the majority of carries. I'd say Peterson and Jacobs is the better group since they are going to get a lot of yards and touchdowns compared to Jackson and LT.

Well, Lucy, you are lucky. I'm not quite sure what makeup styles you tend to lean toward, but because you have blue eyes and brown hair, you could do a great emo look. Using dark gray shadow, using an eyeshadow brush, sweep the shadow over your eyelids (just your lids) and keep applying till it is very dark. Pair it with a pale lipcolor. You could use CoverGirl Wetslicks in "Shimmershell", which is much less pink when you apply it, so don't worry. For big lashes, use CoverGirl Exact Eyelights. It doesn't have that great a rap since it's brush is small, but that small brush causes a TON of lash length. Use any black liner to line your eyes. Line just below your lower lashline with black creamy liner, then try a metallic, silver liner directly on your waterline. Because you are "pale", I suggest CoverGirl Clean Foundation in "Ivory" or "Clic Ivory." You can choose from Sensitive Skin, Normal Skin, or Oily Skin. Anyway, I'd avoid blush altogether unless you use pale peach or ballerina pink. Anyway, for tutorials, check Youtube. Michelle Phan (she isn't very bright, but her looks are cute and descriptive), MissBudgetBeauty, and CompBlue are three choices I know of. They are great and very descriptive, and show you how to apply the product, and tell you what products they are using. Blues and turquoises are dangerous with blue eyes. Sometimes, they can make them pop, but with the wrong shade, they can make them dull and lifeless compared to the eyeshadow. Silvers are beautiful with pale eyes. I do recommend grays. Navy mascara isn't recommended. Blackish brown to deep black mascara is recommended. Where you say "It would make me paler"....well, if you dislike being pale, and can't tan (I am the same way :D), try using Dove Tanning Lotion. Apply it daily (only a teeny tiny bit on your face!!!), and it will tan you. For your legs, I use "Nivea Beautiful Sunkissed Legs".
